Who we are

What data we use
When you call, email or message us on WhatsApp or Viber, we use your name and contact details only to reply and arrange an appointment. Appointments are booked through Lime Booking and gift vouchers through Gift Up; these services process the data you enter according to their own privacy policies.
Cookies and visit statistics
We use Google Analytics only if you accept it in the cookie notice. It helps us see how many people visit the site and which parts they use, without identifying individuals. With the same consent we may also use Microsoft Clarity, which anonymously shows where people click and how far they read (a heatmap), with no names and no tracking of individuals. Games on the site (secret mission, favourite treatments) are remembered only in your browser. The Google map on the Contact page only loads when you open it.
What is stored in your browser
Some of your choices, such as dark mode, the scent palette, favourite treatments or your cookie choice, are stored only in your browser. They are not sent to us and you can delete them by clearing your browser data.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and to withdraw consent at any time. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
